The chair industry is the first pillar industry in Anji, Zhejiang. Currently, Anji is the largest seat production base in China and the world's largest research and development production base for office chairs. The export value of office chairs has ranked first in China for ten consecutive years, exporting to more than 80 countries and regions. At the press conference, the head of relevant departments in Anji County introduced that the first "World Chair · Anji Made" Middle East Chair Industry Expo will be held from December 11th to 13th at the Sharjah Exhibition Center to enhance economic and trade cooperation between Anji and the Middle East region.
Sultan, Business Manager of Sharjah International Exhibition Center, stated that Sharjah's economy is diverse, and this chair industry expo will be a good opportunity for both sides to strengthen trade and investment exchanges.
It is reported that there will also be Anji's white tea and bamboo product enterprises participating in the exhibition, showcasing the development of local green economy.
